If you’re anything like me, you couldn’t care less about breakfast…Until your stomach is grumbling out of control when you get to the office that is. Whenever I did eat breakfast, it would be things like pancakes, grilled cheese, french toast, need I continue? I obviously love carbs but once I went gluten-free all of that changed. Sure, there’s gluten-free breads but as I became more conscious of the food I was putting into my body, I decided that I wanted a good balance between taste, and nutrition that would keep me feeling full until lunch.

The following recipes are my never-fail go-to recipes that I eat on roatation pretty much every week. Yes, pats on the back for actually eating morning food ( I always HATED morning foods) but these dishes are actually really good tasty, AND healthy might I add!
